The Difficult Decisions We Have to Make

Not every call for help can be answered. And that is the hardest part of what we do.

Every week, we come across stories that deserve support, medical needs, children at risk of dropping out, and families struggling to survive.

But with limited resources, we are forced to choose.

Which child’s fees can be paid this month?
Which medical case is more urgent?
Which family can we support now, and which one has to wait?

There are no easy answers.

Behind every “yes” we say, there is often a “not yet” or a “we will try” for someone else.

These decisions are not based on emotion alone. They come after careful verification, urgency assessment, and a constant effort to use every rupee responsibly.

And still, it is never easy. Because we know that every request is real. Every need is genuine
And every situation matters.

We carry those unanswered requests with us. They stay in our thoughts, in our conversations, and in our hope that we will be able to do more. If there is one thing we wish, it is this,
that someday, we won’t have to choose. Until then, we continue to do the best we can, with what we have.
